2. Cancellation Policy: • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations made after this period will result in the loss of your booking fee. • In the event of a no-show, the full cost of the treatment will be charged.
3. Arrival and Late Policy: • Please arrive at your appointment time rather than early. As my treatment room is based within my home, there is no waiting area, and another client may still be leaving. Arriving on time helps ensure a smooth handover and avoids congestion on the driveway. If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened to finish at the scheduled time. The full treatment fee will still apply
4. Client Eligibility: • Harmony & Heal is a women-focused practice, and I currently accept bookings from female clients only.
5. Refund Policy: • Booking fees and treatment costs are non-refundable. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, at my discretion.
6. Privacy Policy: • All personal and medical information shared during consultations and treatments will be kept strictly confidential.
7. Treatment Suitability: • Treatments are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. If you have any concerns about your health, please consult a medical professional before booking.
8. Liability: • It is your responsibility to inform me of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before your appointment. Some treatments may not be suitable if contraindications are present.
I am not responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions, contraindications, or failure to follow pre- or post-treatment advice.
9. Policy Changes: • These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. Clients will be informed of updates where relevant.
