1. Booking Policy: • A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment. • The remaining balance is to be paid via bank transfer on the day of your appointment. 2. Cancellation Policy: • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations made after this period will result in the loss of your booking fee. • In the event of a no-show, the full cost of the treatment will be charged. 3. Arrival and Late Policy: • Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may result in a shorter treatment time or the need to reschedule, at which point your booking fee may be forfeited. 4. Client Eligibility: • I specialize in women’s health and wellness and am unable to accommodate male clients. • It is your responsibility to inform me of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before your appointment. Some treatments may not be suitable if contraindications are present. 5. Refund Policy: • Booking fees and treatment costs are non-refundable. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, at my discretion. 6. Privacy Policy: • All personal and medical information shared during consultations and treatments will be kept strictly confidential. 7. Treatment Suitability: • Treatments are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. If you have any concerns about your health, please consult a medical professional before booking. 8. Liability: • I am not responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions, contraindications, or failure to follow pre- or post-treatment advice. 9. Policy Changes: • These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. Clients will be informed of updates where relevant.
