It is important to us that you are comfortable with Solo before making the switch and we are here to support every step of the way.
Do I have to pay VAT on top of the prices?
No, VAT is included in all of the prices. We want to make our prices as transparent as possible so you never pay more than expected.
What if I need to change or cancel my subscription? Is there a contract?
Our subscriptions are monthly and designed to be flexible, with no commitment needed. You can upgrade, downgrade or unsubscribe from your plan at any time to suit your business’ needs.
Do I have to pay an additonal fee per booking?
We do not charge any fees for any clients booking through your own website, or created in your calendar. The monthly subscription includes all features and allows 20 or unlimited bookings depending on your plan with no extra charges.
Are there any extra charges on top of my monthly subscription?
All features are included in both subscription plans. There are some small additional fees if you wish to make the most of optional extras such as online payments, SMS booking updates or SMS and email marketing.
Stripe's payment processing fees are 1.6% + 30p for Mastercard & Visa and 3.3% + 30p for Amex transactions.
