How do I switch to Solo from another booking system?

We offer a free transfer service from any system you're currently using. This involves us copying over all data you require including; clients, bookings, reviews, images, notes, consultation forms and more. It is important to us that you are comfortable with Solo before making the switch and we are here to support every step of the way.

Does Solo offer support?

Yes, providing amazing customer service is something we pride ourselves on. Everyone has their own dedicated account manager, and the team are on hand to help with whatever you need. Whether that's setting up for the first time, or queries later down the line.

Do I have to pay VAT on top of the prices?

No, VAT is included in all of the prices. We want to make our prices as transparent as possible so you never pay more than expected.
