Solo has two monthly subscription options depending on your business size. The Grow plan is €17.99 a month, and the Pro plan is €29.99 a month, both include all features but the difference is the number of bookings completed each month and SMSs included.

How do I switch to Solo from another booking system?

We offer a free transfer service from any system you're currently using. This involves us copying over all data you require including; clients, bookings, reviews, images, notes, consultation forms and more. It is important to us that you are comfortable with Solo before making the switch and we are here to support every step of the way.

Does Solo offer support?

Yes, included in all of our subscription plans is friendly human support via WhatsApp (07723183766), email (team@getsolo.co) or in-app chat. You can find the in-app chat by going to Settings and tapping the purple Help button.
Our team is available Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, and Saturday and Sunday, 9am–1pm.

You’ll also have 24/7 AI support in the same place to help you use the app - from finding features to setting things up and changing your settings.

Do I have to pay VAT on top of the prices?
