How do I switch to Solo from another booking system?
We offer a free transfer service from any system you're currently using. This involves us copying over all data you require including; clients, bookings, reviews, images, notes, consultation forms and more. It is important to us that you are comfortable with Solo before making the switch and we are here to support every step of the way.

Yes, included in all of our subscription plans is friendly human support via WhatsApp (07723183766), email (team@getsolo.co) or in-app chat. You can find the in-app chat by going to Settings and tapping the purple Help button.
Our team is available Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, and Saturday and Sunday, 9am–1pm.
You’ll also have 24/7 AI support in the same place to help you use the app - from finding features to setting things up and changing your settings.

Absolutely. You can integrate the Solo booking system into your existing website super easily, allowing clients to book your services directly saving back-and-forth with enquiry forms. With Solo, you can add a "Book Now" button to your existing website, that takes clients straight to your treatment menu on Solo, bypassing the homepage and making their booking process even easier.
How does my friend sign up with my code?
When your friend first signs up on the Solo app, they will be prompted to enter a referral code during the onboarding questionnaire. They will then receive the initial trial where they can use up to 30 bookings, over any given time frame. They are then given an additional one month for free. Once their trial has expired, they'll be presented with the option to upgrade onto a plan. Note - Your friend must subscribe via our website and not through the App Store to get their first month for free.
