Reply to New Reviews on Your GBP
Objective
Show appreciation to clients who’ve left you a review and boost your visibility on Google by replying to each one.
Why this matters
Google ranks businesses higher when they regularly engage with reviews.
Replying shows potential clients you care about feedback and build genuine relationships.
A kind, authentic reply can turn a happy client into a loyal one — or even bring back a client who had a mixed experience.
What to do today
Log in to your Google Business Profile.
Go to the Reviews tab.
Read through your most recent reviews.
Reply to each one — even if it’s just a few words of gratitude!
Example replies
Positive Review Example:
“Thank you so much, {{ClientFirstName}}! I’m so happy you loved your {{TreatmentName}}. Can’t wait to see you again soon 💛”
Longer Positive Review Example:
“Thank you for such lovely feedback, {{ClientFirstName}}! I’m so glad you enjoyed your {{TreatmentName}}. Hearing this honestly makes my day! Can’t wait to have you back soon 💫”
Mixed Review Example:
“Thank you for sharing your feedback, {{ClientFirstName}}. I’m really sorry to hear your experience wasn’t perfect. I’d love the chance to make it right. Please message me directly so we can fix this together 💛”
