Set Up Google My Business
Why & How It Works:
Google My Business (GMB) is a free and powerful tool to ensure your business appears in Google Search and Google Maps results. When potential clients search for services in your area, a well-optimized GMB listing increases your chances of being discovered and chosen.
Why it matters:
Enhanced Visibility: Showing up in local search results makes it easy for nearby clients to find you.
Credibility & Trust: Accurate information, quality photos, and real reviews reassure potential clients that you’re a legitimate, reliable business.
Direct Engagement: Clients can call, message, or get directions from your GMB listing - reducing friction and speeding up their decision to book with you.
How it works:
By filling out your profile (hours, address, contact details) and adding compelling photos, you signal to Google that you’re an active, relevant business.
Regularly collecting and responding to reviews boosts your credibility in the eyes of both Google’s algorithm and potential clients.
Consistent updates (like posts, new photos, or offers) encourage more engagement and keep your listing fresh in local search results.
