Rachael gave me an incredible massage. It was my first time seeing her and she was caring and thorough. The session started with her asking me about my health and what I was looking for. An old shoulder injury had my entire right side very stiff and in discomfort — Rachael’s massage was extremely healing. I was in the UK on holiday but if I lived there I would treat myself to a massage with her regularly for maintenance and health reasons. I highly recommend her.

I had seen Rachael at a local event and got talking about the service she can provide. I was looking for some treatment based on my lifestyle (busy, active, barefoot, different demands on the body etc.) and being 40, there are a few niggles and strains here and there that have never really ever been sorted ,despite attempts to sort through other means. Rachael really tunes in to my needs and listens to my response to certain movements or triggers in the body. She has an excellent understanding of the body and really taps into what the body is telling her. Her set up is very good. She creates a safe space and makes you feel very comfortable. Whilst also being a lovely human being. I would highly recommend Rachael. If you have had one of those niggles, aches, pains, strains, that has been around a while - or just need a general tune up - give her a go.
