Our relaxing massage is a slow and light massage to allow your body and mind to relax. Leaving you with a sense of calm and restoration. Perfect if you are in need of sometime out for yourself.
Our Swedish massage can be a targeted treatment for areas of tension, using techniques to stretch and relieve areas of tension. Choose from 45 minute, 60 minute or 90 minute.
Each massage has a thorough consultation to discover your goals and expectations from the treatment. This allows for me to tailor the massage and ensure it is the correct treatment for you.

- Avoid a heavy meal prior to treatment.
- Avoid any alcohol prior to treatment.
- Avoid vigorous exercise prior to treatment.
