Thai and herbal massage date back over 2500 years and originate from the ancient Indian practice of Ayurvedic medicine. The compresses ‘prakop’ are an essential part of this treatment and specifically formulated to address areas of concern and tailored treatment to your needs.
Features and benefits of this treatment include circulation being stimulated helping to ease fascial tension and relieve muscle spasms. Improve lymphatic drainage aiding the bodies removal of toxins, waste and fluids. Relieve aches and pains through the use of the heated compresses and gentle massage movements.

Our express manicure includes a file and shape of the nails, cuticle tidy, exfoliation of hands and hand massage.
It includes a nail varnish colour or application of a nail varnish base and top coat.

Gel polish application to toes. Does not include removal of any previous product.
The natural nail is shaped and filed to desired shape, cuticles are pushed back and tidied to ensure flawless application of gel polish. If desired look is a French polish finish please book the required add on.

Builder-bel Gel or Builder in a bottle is designed to give strength to your natural nails and a fantastic treatment if you are trying to grow your nails or find that your nails are flexible and prone to breaking through daily activities.
Each application includes a gel polish colour, if interested in nail art select one of the add on options, or contact prior to treatment to discuss.

Includes removal of gel polish only, once product is removed natural nails are shaped and buffed to a smooth out the natural nail and cuticle oil is applied to rehydrate the nail and surrounding area.
