one of my biggest insecurities. I’d wanted to start my BIAB journey for such a long time, but I was honestly a little nervous and apprehensive about going to someone new for the first time. The second I met Elles though, all of that disappeared. She made me feel so comfortable, relaxed, and completely judgment-free from the moment I walked in. We immediately clicked, chatted the whole appointment, and it genuinely felt like I’d known her for ages. She listened to exactly what I wanted, explained everything so well, and somehow managed to completely transform my nails. I genuinely couldn’t stop looking at them afterwards! The amount of care, patience, and attention to detail she puts into her work really shows, and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does. Starting this journey felt like such a big step for me personally, and I’m so glad I chose Elles for it. I’ve already had so many compliments on my nails and for the first time ever I actually want to show my hands off instead of hiding them 😭✨ P.S. wouldn’t even mind getting lost again trying to find her address lol 😂
