I reached out to Ellis after loosing faith in high street nail salons as i found anything I had done, acrylic or gel didn’t seem to last anymore than a week. When I reached out with my concerns Ellis was very honest around why this may be the case and reassured me that I can have nice nail that last I just need to find a product that suits me and my nail and I need to trust the process. I had my first appointment with Ellis today and she did a fabulous job. Her attention to detail with nail preparation, product application and final results is way beyond anything I have received in the past.
