I had the most lovely relaxing Reflexology treatment with Claire yesterday. I’ve got a few health issues, osteoarthritis being the main reason for having the treatment. I had the best night sleep after! Was so relaxing I almost fell asleep during it! I woke up feeling more refreshed and rested than I had for ages. I( I usually get kept awake with arthritic pain) I was a little stiff but Claire said this was to be expected, but as the days gone on I’m starting to loosen up . Looking forward to continuing the treatment to see the full benefits of reflexology with all my health issues. Thank you Claire 🥰

Claire's reflexology session was mindful and relaxing (I slept throughout!). A lovely spot surrounding by fields and with easy parking. She has experience in coaching and hypnotherapy so I felt in good hands!

I just experienced my first reflexology treatment with Claire and it was absolutely delightful. I was a little skeptical at first but now I understand the magic from the treatment. I was the most relaxed I have felt in years and now I feel great. Claire is lovely and makes you feel very welcome in her lovely home and treatment room. I definitely recommend and I will return in the future x

Felt like I was floating on air! Had a reflexology treatment with Claire that combined mindfulness with crystals, reiki and a sound bowl - wonderfully relaxing. I felt reassured of Claire’s expertise with health questions before the reflexology. Claire is very calming and the treatment made me feel very relaxed. Afterwards my mind was clear to think through some career choices. We had set that intention at the beginning and I was able to work towards some positive changes. I would recommend Claire for this lovely, energising treatment.

The reflexology was the most relaxing session I have had! Claire combines Reflexology with Mindfulness which is just the most calming experience. She is very knowledgeable and I left feeling like my feet and soul were a bit lighter! Will be a regular customer - highly recommend.
