Cancellation Policy & Voucher Bookings

• A 50% deposit is taken upon booking your appointment. This is deducted from your overall treatment cost and the remainder must be paid in full at your appointment. This can be done via cash or card machine. No bank transfers.
• To reschedule your appointment you can do this yourself on our website or contact us directly. A 48 hour notice period must be given to avoid cancellation charges.
• Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice, your deposit will be refunded in full.
• Cancellations within 48 hours your 50% deposit becomes non refundable and will be retained to cover loss. If applicable this may be charged to the card details on file.
• Cancellations less than 24 hours notice, same day of your appointment or you do not attend. The full cost of the appointment will be charged to your card.
• This cancellation policy remains the same if you are using a voucher to pay for your treatment. It is also at the discretion of Relax&Retreat as to whether the voucher remains valid.
• If for whatever reason your payment cannot be taken via the card we have on file you will be contacted for another way to make payment. Until any cancellation fees have been received, you will not be able to make further bookings with Relax&Retreat.
• 48 Hours notice must also be given if you require to change the treatment you will be having. The Treatment cannot be changed on the day of your appointment. 

By booking an appointment with Relax&Retreat you accept the T&Cs and therefore enter into this agreement.

Appointment Time & Arriving Late

Your appointment time is the time your treatment begins. Please arrive to the salon 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We are based above the Quarry Teahouse, Hunwick. On street parking is available however, please allow extra time as it can be busy during trading times of the Teahouse. Please use the main entrance or use the black gate to enter through the garden area. Take a seat inside the conservatory where you will be greeted and taken to our treatment room.

It is the discretion of Relax&Retreat to decide if the treatment can go ahead if you are late for your appointment. This may mean time is reduced although full payment for treatment will still be required. It is your responsibility to allow for extra time to park and arrive to your appointment on time.

Vouchers

Vouchers can be purchased via our online portal or a physical voucher. Please arrange this with us directly using our email relaxandretreatholistictherapies@outlook.com.

Vouchers are valid for one year. Please ensure to book ahead as our diary can be booked well in advance. We cannot offer extensions so it is your responsibility to make sure your appointment is booked within the valid time.
