My name is Lindsey Hare. After a brief stint working on makeup counters in my teens and early twenties, I discovered a true passion for skin, beauty, and—most importantly—helping people feel confident and cared for.

Life took me down a very different path for a while, and I spent eight years in the finance world. As soulless as it sounds, it taught me one important lesson: my heart belonged elsewhere. I made the decision to return to my roots, dedicating a couple of years to completing my Ofqual-recognised qualifications and building hands-on experience in several 5-star spas across the UK.

With time, my vision became clear—I wanted to create a treatment space that felt unique, personal, and genuinely nurturing. In March 2023, that vision came to life with the opening of Relax and Retreat: a bespoke, intimate haven designed to help every client switch off, unwind, and feel their very best.
