Honestly cannot recommend Lou enough! My eldest child really struggles with anxiety and other has other SEN that mean she struggles with school, navigating friendships and communicating how she’s feeling. Lou always listens, and is such a caring, kind and calming influence in her life. My daughter truly relaxes in her sessions, often falling asleep and feeling lighter when she leaves. Lou is a very special person, and has a true gift 🤍
