To secure your appointment, a 20% deposit is required at the time of booking.

I completely understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so I can offer the space to another client. All rescheduling requests will be handled with care and considered on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged at the full treatment rate. This is to honour the time that has been reserved especially for you.

In the case of a missed appointment (no show), the full session fee will be charged to the card used at the time of booking.
