Dr Vasudha has been brilliant - she’s a great combination of knowledgeable (she’s an MD and a doctor of Ayurvedic medicine etc) and kind & empathetic. I have had 2 wonderful massages with her. I have also taken tablets that have really helped with water retention.

Shirodhara, Abhyanga and Nasya helped me properly relax. I’m sleeping better, my head feels calmer, and I feel more like myself again. Highly recommended.

I booked the hot cupping package (buy 4 get 2 free) and came in once a week for 6 sessions. I mainly wanted help with tight shoulders and upper back tension from work, and it made a real difference over the weeks. Dr Vasudha was very professional and explained everything clearly each time. The sessions were relaxing, the aftercare advice was helpful, and I felt looser and lighter after each visit. By the end of the 6 weeks, my back felt much less tight and I was sleeping better too. Highly recommended.

I booked hot cupping at StillMind Ayurveda for tight shoulders and back tension, and it really helped. Dr Vasudha explained everything first, made sure I was comfortable, and the whole session felt very professional. I felt lighter and looser straight after, and the tension eased over the next couple of days. The marks were there (as expected) but she gave clear aftercare advice. Highly recommended.
