We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available to view upon request or via our website.
1. Appointments and Bookings
1.1 All appointments must be booked in advance. Walk-in appointments cannot be guaranteed.
1.2 A booking deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The amount will be confirmed at the time of booking.
1.3 Your appointment is only confirmed once the deposit has been received and you have been sent confirmation by StillMind Ayurveda Ltd.
1.4 By completing a booking, you agree to attend your scheduled appointment and to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date health and personal information as required.
1.5 Appointments are personal to you and cannot be transferred to another individual.
2. Deposits and Payments
2.1 A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure all appointments and packages. This deposit will be deducted from your total treatment fee on the day.
2.2 The remaining balance is due in full on the day of your appointment, prior to or immediately following treatment, as agreed at the time of booking.
2.3 Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.
2.4 Prices for all treatments and programmes are as listed at the time of booking. StillMind Ayurveda Ltd reserves the right to update pricing and will provide reasonable notice of any changes.
2.5 Packages and programmes must be used within the agreed timeframe. Unused sessions within a package are non-transferable and non-refundable unless exceptional circumstances apply at the sole discretion of Dr Balure.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
3.1 Cancellation by the Client: The booking deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation by the client, regardless of notice given.
3.2 Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment free of charge, provided you give a minimum of 24 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling requests with less than 24 hours' notice will be treated as a late cancellation and the deposit will be forfeited.
3.3 Late Cancellation (less than 24 hours' notice): If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, the booking deposit will be forfeited. If no deposit was held, 50% of the treatment fee will become payable.
3.4 No-Show: If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, the full treatment fee will become payable.
3.5 Late Arrival: If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to avoid inconveniencing subsequent clients. The full appointment fee will remain payable. We are unable to guarantee your full appointment time in this circumstance.
3.6 Cancellation by StillMind Ayurveda Ltd: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will provide as much notice as possible. In this case, any deposit paid will be transferred to a rescheduled appointment or refunded in full. We accept no further liability for losses arising from our cancellation.
4. Consumer Rights — Cooling-Off Period
4.1 Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers who book services online or at a distance have the right to cancel within 14 days (the "cooling-off period").
4.2 By booking an appointment and requesting that treatment begins within the 14-day cooling-off period, you expressly consent to waiving your right to a full refund should you choose to cancel after treatment has commenced. In this case, you acknowledge that you will be charged for the proportion of the service already provided.
4.3 If treatment has not yet commenced and you cancel within 14 days of an online or remote booking, you are entitled to a full refund minus the non-refundable booking deposit, which you acknowledged at the time of booking.
4.4 These Terms do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a service is not delivered with reasonable care and skill, you retain the right to request a repeat service, price reduction, or refund as appropriate under UK law.
5. Health, Safety, and Suitability for Treatment
