Sunsetviewspa – Terms & Conditions for Massage Bookings By booking a treatment with Sunsetviewspa, you agree to the following terms and conditions: ⸻ 1. Appointments & Booking • All treatments must be booked in advance via our official channels (phone, email, website, or in person). • A confirmation will be sent once your booking is accepted. • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to ensure you receive your full treatment time. ⸻ 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling • We require a minimum of 36 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to appointments. • Cancellations made with less than 36 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. • No-shows, including failure to arrive within the time of the booked treatment, will be charged 100% of the treatment cost, and the session will be marked as missed. ⸻ 3. Late Arrivals • If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delays for the next client. • The full treatment fee will still apply. ⸻ 4. Health & Medical Conditions • Clients must inform the therapist of any relevant health issues, allergies, recent surgeries, or injuries before treatment. • Sunsetviewspa reserves the right to refuse or adapt a treatment if it is considered unsafe or unsuitable for the client’s condition. • Pregnant clients or those with serious medical conditions should seek medical advice prior to booking. ⸻ 5. Client Conduct • A respectful and professional environment is maintained at all times. • Any inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session and a permanent ban from future bookings. • All services are strictly non-sexual. ⸻ 6. Payments & Pricing • Payment is due at the time of treatment unless prepaid. • We accept cash, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods. • Prices are subject to change, but the rate at the time of booking will be honoured. ⸻ 7. Gift Vouchers & Packages • Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise. • Vouchers and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. • Packages must be used within the specified time frame. ⸻ 8. Personal Belongings • Please keep valuables with you at all times. Sunsetviewspa is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. ⸻ 9.
