1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using the services of SunsetView Booking and Payment Spa (“SunsetView,” “we,” or “us”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Overview

SunsetView provides luxury home spa and retreat treatments across the United Kingdom. All services are performed by licensed and professional therapists, and bookings are confirmed subject to availability.

3. Booking and Payment

• Bookings must be made through our official booking system or authorised partners.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• All prices are in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Confirmation emails are sent once a booking is accepted.

4. Amendments to Bookings

• Booked services may be amended or changed to another treatment of equal value at no additional cost, provided the request is made at least 70 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• If the chosen replacement service is of higher value, the client must pay the price difference.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Exceptions may be considered in cases of emergency or illness at the discretion of management.

6. Professional Conduct and Behaviour

SunsetView Spa operates strictly as a professional wellness and therapeutic service. Any inappropriate, sexual, or disrespectful behaviour or request directed towards our therapists will result in immediate termination of the session.

• In such cases, the full 100% booking fee will be retained as compensation for time and travel.
• SunsetView reserves the right to refuse future bookings from offending clients.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide accurate information when booking.
• Ensure the treatment area (for home visits) is safe, clean, and private.
• Disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect treatment suitability.
• Refrain from any behaviour that could be considered inappropriate or unsafe.

8. Health and Liability Disclaimer

All treatments are provided by qualified professionals. However, spa and massage treatments carry certain health risks. Clients must consult a medical professional before booking if they have any underlying conditions. SunsetView shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services, except as required by UK law.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, text, and imagery, is owned by SunsetView Booking and Payment Spa and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Termination of Access

SunsetView reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account or booking if:

• These Terms are breached,
• Fraudulent activity is suspected, or
• Inappropriate conduct is reported.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
