Any appointment rescheduled or cancelled within 48hrs notice (2 days) before their appointment will result in loss of £20 deposit. If more than 48hrs notice is given, you can reschedule without losing your deposit or can cancel and receive a full refund in the way you paid.

WhatsApp (what I purely use for work) ensures I don't miss any of your messages. Texting and social media platforms (especially Facebook - OH MY GOD) your message will take longer for replies and is more likely to be missed. Instagram I am quick on too, however I only go through Instagram messages at selected times of the day.

I lived with spots from 2016-2024.
I went through hundreds of products. I tried hundreds of brands, spent thousands, just to realise that I could've healed my skin with La Roche Posay and changed a few home habits and my skin would've cleared.
But, it was a blessing because that's how I ended up in the skin industry.
The suffering is how I learnt triggers behind skin concerns, how habits are what truly impacts your skin, and that your skin needs a gentle approach.
2024 ended up the year I healed my acne, 2025 was the year of treating my acne scarring, and now 2026 is working on my pigmentation.
