Any appointment rescheduled or cancelled within 48hrs notice (2 days) before their appointment will result in loss of £20 deposit. If more than 48hrs notice is given, you can reschedule without losing your deposit or can cancel and receive a full refund in the way you paid.
Sainsbury’s on Eastwood Road has an ATM if you want to withdraw cash.

WhatsApp (what I purely use for work) ensures I don't miss any of your messages. Texting and social media platforms (especially Facebook - OH MY GOD) your message will take longer for replies and is more likely to be missed.
