She put my daughter at ease and really gave a safe space to discuss sensitive subjects like hygiene and periods. The information she provided us with after was so detailed and had useful links for skincare which we have now purchased. Any appointment rescheduled or cancelled within 48hrs notice (2 days) before their appointment will result in loss of £20 deposit. If more than 48hrs notice is given, you can reschedule without losing your deposit or can cancel and receive a full refund in the way you paid.
WhatsApp (what I purely use for work) ensures I don't miss any of your messages. Texting and social media platforms (especially Facebook - OH MY GOD) your message will take longer for replies and is more likely to be missed. Instagram I am quick on too, however I only go through Instagram messages at selected times of the day.
