Card machine fees cost me £500 in 2025 for just being able to accept card!
Cash and Bank Transfer is to avoid these charges and be able to put this money towards training, better equipment and new services.

Any appointment rescheduled or cancelled within 48hrs notice (2 days) before their appointment will result in loss of £20 deposit. If more than 48hrs notice is given, you can reschedule without losing your deposit or can cancel and receive a full refund in the way you paid.
WhatsApp (what I purely use for work) ensures I don't miss any of your messages. Texting and social media platforms (especially Facebook - OH MY GOD) your message will take longer for replies and is more likely to be missed. Instagram I am quick on too, however I only go through Instagram messages at selected times of the day.
