From the start it was very clear that Sophie is about the details. From the bottle of water waiting for me when I arrived to the in-depth chat about my current skin routine, and expectations for where I want my skin to be, I felt understood. Sophie made wonderful suggestions and answered all of my questions about skin care. She made something I find overwhelming and confusing feel very doable. Then the treatment. It was amazing. Sophie already had put me at ease and I felt the stress of the day melt away. I added on a scalp massage that was wonderful. Sophie made everything catered to what I needed on the day and my skin is GLOWING. I am so happy with how my skin looks and feels. And I am very excited to continue to have regular treatments to support my skin (and my mental health 😆) Thank you so much!

Honestly where do I start???!! I’ve been coming to Soph for a good couple of months now. I’ve never had facials or regular skin treatments as I was too scared someone would f*** up my skin. Skin is so vulnerable but she makes you feel so safe and secure. I’m honestly so glad I took the leap. Soph is so talented and knowledgeable and the room is just ughhh😍Immaculate vibes from the minute you walk in, you never want to leave. Soph will accommodate to you if you need a quiet appt to seen for an hour or to have a ful on yap and therapy sesh. (Probs should charge extra for these). 1000000/10 always 🩷🩷🩷

I had a fantastic luxury facial with Sophie, her knowledge/expertise on skincare and products is unfounded. The massages are luxuriating, very professional, wish I could have them every week! Sophie always has time to advise on any skin problems/products, I could talk with her all day. This is the best facial I have ever had!

I had a lovely experience with Sophie for my Micro-needling facial today.. her room at the Duo clinic has such a calm and relaxing vibe. Sophie is very knowledgeable and gave great aftercare advice. I look forward to my next facial and scalp massage :)
