Payment is accepted by cash or bank transfer only.

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the month of purchase. They cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable, except where required by law.

A £20 booking fee is required to secure all appointments and will be deducted from the total treatment cost.

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Your booking fee can then be transferred to the rearranged appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your £20 booking fee. This also applies to missed appointments. A new £20 booking fee will be required to secure another appointment.

If The Body Cleanse needs to cancel your appointment, your booking fee will be transferred or refunded in full.

Please arrive on time. Late arrival may result in your treatment being shortened to avoid affecting the next client, however, the full treatment price will still be payable.

Your booked appointment time refers to the start and duration of your treatment. Please allow approximately 10 additional minutes afterwards to get dressed, make payment and discuss any questions.

There is street parking available. Please do not park on any yellow lines or in front of any driveways.

Please inform Sophie before your appointment of any changes to your health, medication, pregnancy, allergies or skin condition that could affect your treatment.
