The Relax Therapies & Rituals you all love are awaiting you , the Ayuvedic kitchen enables us to create the very best treatment for you using raw or natural produce for your face and body. this also brings a natural element of home care with tinctures herb cushions etc developed just for you

In the warmer weathers we will be looking to bring some of the rituals on to the beach opposite to clear the negative energy and flood our mind with chi brought to our shores and burn herbs such as sage to enhance spiritual balance.
