Bookings & Payments

• All sessions are by appointment only.
• A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
• Full balance is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% charge.
• Missed appointments without notice may be charged in full.

Memberships & Packages

• Packages must be used within the time period stated at purchase.
• Sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable once started.
• Membership benefits apply only to the named member.

Health & Wellbeing

• Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or recent changes in medication before your session.
• Certain treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy or for specific health conditions.
• You may be asked to complete a short consultation form before your treatment.
