Meet Janina – Access Bars® Practitioner
Hello, my name is Janina, and I am a certified Access Bars® practitioner for 5 yrs qualified, supporting clients to release mental, emotional, and physical stress so they can experience greater ease, clarity, and presence in their lives.
Access Bars® is a gentle, hands-on therapy that works with 32 specific points on the head. These points relate to different areas of life and, when lightly touched, can help clear limiting beliefs, habitual thought patterns, and stored tension. A single session can release years of accumulated stress and restriction, allowing the mind to quiet and the body to deeply relax.
Each session is a calm and nurturing experience, uniquely tailored to the individual. Clients often describe feeling lighter, more grounded, and more present after a treatment, with benefits continuing to unfold in the days and weeks that follow.
My approach is compassionate, client-centred, and respectful of each person’s journey. I create a safe, supportive space where deep relaxation and renewal can naturally occur.
I believe that when we let go of what no longer serves us, we create room for new possibilities. Through Access Bars®, I am honoured to support clients in reconnecting with balance, self-awareness, and a more empowered way of living.
Meet Demi
Demi– Reiki, Crystal Healing & Herbal Practitioner
Demi is a Reiki master and Crystal & chakra Healing practitioner for over 10 yrs , with her traditional upbringing in herbal medicine has always been a strong interest.Her work brings together energy healing wisdom to support balance, relaxation, and overall wellbeing.
At The Grand Portal, Demi offers Reiki and Crystal & chakra Healing sessions that gently support the body’s natural ability to rebalance, calm the nervous system, and release energetic blocks. Each session is intuitive, nurturing, and tailored to the individual.
Alongside her therapeutic work, Demi supports the Ayurvedic Kitchen, where she helps create handcrafted potions, lotions, and herbal blend in the Portal and home use tincture,
Demi’s approach is grounded, compassionate, and nature-led, supporting clients to reconnect with themselves through both energetic and earth-based healing.
Karie- Beauty & Holistic Therapy
About Karie -I am a professional Award winning Therapist of 39 years Qualified specialising in deep tissue/sports Massage, Spa treatments incl hot stones, Facials, Waxing, Holistic Therapies.covering over 100 treatments. I have worked in Palaces, 5 star hotels in Mayfair London,Spa’s served the Rich, the V.I.P & many Celebrities over the 38 years and now I serve you.
In the past 15yrs I have further studied quantum physics, Scientology, alpha hypnosis, Silva Method, frequency meditation from 162 hertz to 10billion hertz -I am passionate about blending sounds to create live 5D experience to heal the mind and body. Working with frequencies helps balance your nervous system and conscious mind, supporting each person’s journey towards your own personal awakening inner harmony.
I studied psychology for emotional trauma which has proven to be invaluable to many reinforcing the importance and effectiveness of my work. The knowledge of how the mind is set in so many diversity challenges and surround circumstance allows me to understand through intuition how to help but not to push and how to guide but not to drag.
Furthermore through decades of experience and knowledge led me to complete an open university course in a teachers degree as I have been approached about this so many times looking forward to pass my wisdom to new therapist or improve trained therapist to Excellence.
