I contacted Karen as I was having trouble with my back. She was welcoming from the moment I stepped inside and the Grand portal has a very chilled relaxed vibe. All I can say is Karen is amazing. She listened to the problems I was having, she made me very comfortable before she started and her hands… are simply like magic. Came out feeling so relaxed and no longer in pain. I would 100% recommend her! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If I could give Grand Portal 10 out of 5 ⭐️, I would. The most incredible treatment I’ve ever had. Karen is intuitive and tuned in and if you’re considering booking, just don’t hesitate. I will be back… literally would come from London especially for this healing therapy

Highly recommend, Karen is the best masseuse I’ve ever been to have helped me with all sorts of problems I’ve had whether it’s long term or short term. Would highly recommend booking in and having a treatment.
