I had an amazing experience with Karie at the Grand Portal. I booked the 90 minutes 11.11 session and left feeling completely refreshed. It was a holistic treatment. Karie is well experienced, patient and professional. I feel the centre would perform better with a bit of renovation. Highly recommended.

Karen is incredible, I have been booking massages for years with her. Nobody else has ever come close to the level of skill she has to isolate areas that need help. You simply cannot find such a skilled person anywhere else and I've been to many. My shoulders, back and knees are particular areas that need attention due to muscle fatigue and stiffness from strain. when I haven’t booked in a massage for a while I can really feel it. Simply a part of my general health now - honestly I cannot recommend her enough. I return regularly.

In all my life I've never experienced a treatment a spiritual experience like I did yesterday and the day before all I can say life changing an absolute beautiful Sol who treated me and I will be going back there for women who made me feel very very loved and very, very safe i have chronic pain with arthritis in my knees, they stopped hurting and I've had all the treatment Cortizone injections endless painkillers and I walked out of there yesterday a different person, the energy and the whole feel Of this place is amazing so everyone needs to just get there and get well eternal gratitude to You lovely Ladies x

Karen's technique is spot on. Her intuition always guides her where to focus on and tension melts away. Very thorough massage! I also love the Kobi Do facial as very natural and lifting.

Karen, is so experienced I've been going to her for a deep tissue massage for years now. You leave yourself in her capable hand (literarly), and she sorts your body out, you'll feel great after. It's a full body reset, and so relaxing. It's well worth it, to feel 10 years younger & no more aches & pains. To finish it all I went for a dip in the sea just over the road, what could be better.
