Had a treatment with Karen at the Grand Portal St Leonards called 'Sleeping Beauty ' absolutely amazing. Karen is an exceptional therapist, had a top to toe massage and I'm still feeling the benifits 3 days later. I'd lost touch with Karen, used to see her in Hastings, will definitely be booking regular treatments and can't recommend highly enough. Her new treatment centre is a lovely space, very chilled and easy to get to whether by train or car.

A beautiful sound immersion. Anna took us on a journey of sound using numerous instruments such as Tibetan bowls, a gong, drums and digereedoo. She talked us through visuals and feelings. The bed I chose to lay on was the waterbed and it was incredibly comfortable. I felt my body fully relax, slow down and feel a lovely sense of calm and ease . Releasing off a lot of daily stresses that have been building up. I shall look forward to my next one.

I had an amazing experience with Karie at the Grand Portal. I booked the 90 minutes 11.11 session and left feeling completely refreshed. It was a holistic treatment. Karie is well experienced, patient and professional. I feel the centre would perform better with a bit of renovation. Highly recommended.

Karen is incredible, I have been booking massages for years with her. Nobody else has ever come close to the level of skill she has to isolate areas that need help. You simply cannot find such a skilled person anywhere else and I've been to many. My shoulders, back and knees are particular areas that need attention due to muscle fatigue and stiffness from strain. when I haven’t booked in a massage for a while I can really feel it. Simply a part of my general health now - honestly I cannot recommend her enough. I return regularly.

In all my life I've never experienced a treatment a spiritual experience like I did yesterday and the day before all I can say life changing an absolute beautiful Sol who treated me and I will be going back there for women who made me feel very very loved and very, very safe i have chronic pain with arthritis in my knees, they stopped hurting and I've had all the treatment Cortizone injections endless painkillers and I walked out of there yesterday a different person, the energy and the whole feel Of this place is amazing so everyone needs to just get there and get well eternal gratitude to You lovely Ladies x
