Lindsey is often in treatments throughout the day, so please understand that calls may go unanswered. Her phone is linked to the music in the treatment room, phone calls during a session can be disturbing for her clients.
If you need to contact prior to a treatment please email or message via Facebook or instagram. Lindsey will contact you as soon as she is able too. Please also refer to opening hours as to when the business operates.
Thank you for understanding & honouring the peaceful energy she holds for each client.
This is a professional healing space.
Any inappropriate or sexual enquiries will be blocked and reported to the police.
Unfortunately, these calls do happen and Lindseys boundaries are firm. This space is for true healing only.
As all treatments involve close physical contact, good personal hygiene is essential and appreciated.
Please arrive clean and fresh, especially if you've been to the gym or had a busy day beforehand.
At Relax&Retreat we have a private shower room which can be added to your treatment. This is titled Aura Shower Cleanse. If you feel you would benefit from this pre treatment please do book.
