Had an amazing experience today with Marla, she made me feel so at ease and comfortable. She goes above and beyond with helping for recovery and building up strength with exercises too. I have been coming to Marla for over a year now and have had a range of different services - including cupping, sports massage and lymphatic drainage. Marla makes it a top priority to make you comfortable whilst having your massage. She is neurodivergent friendly and understood my anxieties when I first came to her. Marla’s pricing is also competitive. I would highly recommend Rest and Reset!

I can't recommend Rest & Reset enough. From the moment I arrived, Marla made me feel completely calm, comfortable and at ease. She created such a relaxing environment that I was able to switch off and unwind. The massage itself was amazing. Afterwards, my whole body felt so much looser, lighter and less tense. I recently had a lymphatic drainage massage with Marla, and the experience was amazing! From the moment I arrived, Marla was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. The treatment itself was so good!
