To ensure every client enjoys the best possible experience, please take a moment to read the booking terms below. These policies help appointments run smoothly and allow me to provide the highest standard of care to all clients.
Booking & Payments
- All appointments must be booked in advance.
- Full payment or a booking deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice, however any confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed price.
Cancellation Policy
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or appointment changes.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged up to 100% of the treatment cost.
- No-shows will be charged the full treatment fee.
Late Arrivals
- Clients arriving late may have their treatment time reduced to avoid impacting subsequent appointments.
- Full treatment charges will still apply.
Health & Medical Information
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date medical information before treatment.
- It is the client’s responsibility to inform Rest & Reset of any changes to their health, medication, pregnancy status, injuries, or medical conditions.
- Certain treatments may not be suitable for all clients. Treatment may be modified or declined where appropriate for safety reasons.
- Clients must be 18+ or accompanied by a parent/guardian if under 18
Consent
- By booking and attending an appointment, clients consent to receiving the agreed treatment.
- Clients may withdraw consent or request adjustments to treatment at any time.
Treatment Results
- Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
- Treatments such as lymphatic drainage, wood therapy and massage therapy are intended to support wellbeing, recovery and relaxation but are not a substitute for medical treatment or advice.
Pregnancy
- Clients must inform Rest & Reset if they are pregnant or suspect they may be pregnant before treatment.
- Certain treatments may be contraindicated during pregnancy and may need to be modified or postponed.
Personal Belongings
- Rest & Reset accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings brought to appointments.
Professional Boundaries
- Any inappropriate behaviour, harassment, abusive language or misconduct towards the therapist will result in immediate termination of the treatment and future appointments may be refused.
Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Expiry dates apply where stated.
Packages & Courses
- Treatment packages are non-refundable once commenced.
- Sessions included within a package must be used within the stated validity period unless otherwise agreed.
Right to Refuse Treatment
- Rest & Reset reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment where it is considered unsafe, inappropriate, or not in the client’s best interests.
Liability
- Clients agree to receive treatment at their own risk and acknowledge that they have disclosed all relevant health information.
- Rest & Reset will not be liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow aftercare advice.
Aftercare
- Clients are advised to follow all aftercare recommendations provided following treatment to maximise benefits and reduce the risk of adverse reactions.
