This was my second visit for a facial and it was just as wonderful as the first. The whole experience is incredibly relaxing, and the facial itself was amazing. I also loved the hand and arm massage during the treatment — such a lovely touch that made it even more indulgent. The products used smell absolutely gorgeous and feel so luxurious on the skin. I left feeling completely relaxed and my skin feels incredible — soft, refreshed, and glowing. Already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend!

I had my first facial with Natalie and honestly, I can’t believe I waited so long to book. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease. The treatment room is so peaceful and welcoming — soft lighting, calming music, and such a cosy, nurturing atmosphere. It feels like stepping into a little sanctuary. The facial itself was incredible — not just for my skin, but for my whole nervous system. I didn’t realise how much tension I was holding in my face and shoulders until it melted away. I left feeling deeply relaxed, clear-headed, and glowing. My skin felt hydrated, calm, and noticeably brighter, but more than that. If you’re considering booking your first facial, this is your sign. Natalie creates such a safe, calming space and you truly feel cared for from start to finish. I’m already looking forward to my next one. 💛

I had an amazing neck, shoulder and back massage this morning. It was so relaxing and just what I needed. The room was peaceful and I actually managed to still my mind and enjoy the experience - normally I struggle to switch off. I’m looking forward to trying some of the other treatments on offer and would highly recommend The Skin Alchemist to anyone who is looking for quality wellbeing treatments.

Natalie is incredible! I just had the most relaxing Swedish body massage. Her technique is fluid, the atmosphere is peaceful, and I walked out feeling like a brand-new person. If you need to de-stress, book with Natalie you won’t regret it! She has an incredible intuition for finding exactly where you’re holding tension, even in spots you didn't realize were tight. ​

Such a lovely relaxing space, I had a facial, back massage and Indian head massage today, which were amazing. The products used were beautiful, so I bought some to use at home too. I feel like a new person, it was well needed, thanks so much 🧡

Absolutely fantastic service so relaxing and attention to detail was amazing! Natalie really took time to get to know exactly what my skin needed and was extremely good at both treatments! My skin has never felt better!!
