From start to finish, Natalie was incredible. I’ve never had a treatment that has made me feel so relaxed and pampered. I was so nervous about the brow tint but Natalie put my mind at ease and it turned out so natural and exactly what I wanted. We all live busy and manic lives but we need to remember to look after ourselves- we can’t look after those we love with a half drained battery!! Can’t wait for my next treatment xxx

Had an amazing summer facial this morning. Everything was explained in great detail, the products used all smelt divine, very fresh scented. My skin feels and looks fabulous! Totally enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the room, especially lying on the heated bed on a cold chilly morning! Earth Balance is a special, tranquil place and The Skin Alchemist fits in here perfectly. I may resemble the look of a crazy cat lady with oils in my hair and stuck up all over but the head massage was amazing and relaxing so Definately a good trade off lol. I 100% recommend the summer facial if you want to feel refreshed, revived and pampered. Thank you so much x

I had the summer facial with Natalie today and it was incredible. It's the first proper facial I've had and it didn't disappoint. The products used smelt amazing, everything felt so fresh and really woke my skin up. I left feeling both very refreshed and relaxed.

One of, if not THE best facials I’ve ever had. Natalie is so lovely and made me feel so comfortable, she made sure she was using the right products for my skin to get the best results. The room itself is so relaxing and calming, I could have stayed there for hours…she is so thorough and will definitely be back and have already recommended her to friends and family.

Just had the most amazing Indian head massage from Natalie today. So pleased Natalie decided to come to paramount Health and fitness or I wouldn't have experienced the beautiful treatments on offer I will be booking again what a lovely treat it was thank you x

I recently had 'the headspace ritual' and it was amazing! Natalie definitely knows what she's doing. The room was gorgeous too with lots of nice little touches. Lovely experience which I'm glad I booked, highly recommend 🥰

I had my first visit this morning and it won’t be my last! For the first time in (what feels like) my life, I felt genuinely relaxed—both physically and mentally.
