Appointments
• All bookings must be made through our official booking system.
• Please arrive on time; no more than 10 minutes before your appointment time. Late arrivals may shorten your treatment, but the full service cost will still apply.
Payments & Deposits
• Payments can be made by cash or bank transfer to avoid fees. If you choose to pay by card there will be a Stripe fee added to your payment. A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
• Deposits are non-refundable but transferable if rescheduled within the notice period.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Minimum 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will result in loss of deposit.
Health & Safety
• Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before your appointment.
• We reserve the right to decline treatment if it may not be suitable for your health.
Refunds
• Treatments and services are non-refundable once completed.
• Products purchased are only refundable if faulty or unopened, in line with consumer law.
