My treatment room is in MPA Studios at Earth Balance. Park in the car park and meet me inside the studio.

Please note that I am a holistic therapist and my massages are slow, intentional and relaxing. I do not perform deep tissue or sports massage. I can recommend Totally Treated in Ashington for deeper tissue work.

1. Appointments • All bookings must be made through our booking system. • Please arrive on time; no more than 10 minutes before your appointment time. Late arrivals may shorten your treatment, but the full service cost will still apply.

2. Payments & Booking Fees

• A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment.

• This fee is deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day.

• Booking fees are transferable once if you reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Appointments are not confirmed until the booking fee has been received.

• Payments can be made by cash, bank transfer or by card (card service fee may be applied to your payment).

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or any no-show, will result in the booking fee being forfeited.

• Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice is treated as a cancellation.

4. Health & Safety

• Please notify me of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to your appointment.

• I reserve the right to decline treatment if it may not be suitable or safe for you, or me.

5. Refunds

• Treatments and services are non-refundable once completed, as time and products have been used.

• Retail products are refundable only if faulty or unopened, in line with consumer law.

6. Rights Reserved

• The Skin Alchemist reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time.

7. Client Eligibility

• Age 16 and over

• Female clients only, unless referred by an existing client.

8. Professional Conduct Policy

All treatments offered are strictly professional massage and facial therapies only.

Any inappropriate behaviour, comments, or requests of a sexual nature will not be tolerated.

If this occurs, the treatment will be ended immediately, and you will be asked to leave the premises.

The full treatment fee will remain payable, and no refund will be given.

This policy is in place to ensure a safe, respectful environment for both client and practitioner.
