1. Appointments • All bookings must be made through our official booking system. • Please arrive on time; no more than 10 minutes before your appointment time. Late arrivals may shorten your treatment, but the full service cost will still apply.
2. Payments & Booking Fees
• A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment.
• This fee is deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day.
• Booking fees are transferable once if you reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Appointments are not confirmed until the booking fee has been received.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or any no-show, will result in the booking fee being forfeited.
• Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice is treated as a cancellation.
4. Health & Safety
• Please notify me of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to your appointment.
• I reserve the right to decline treatment if it may not be suitable or safe for you.
5. Refunds
• Treatments and services are non-refundable once completed, as time and products have been used.
• Retail products are refundable only if faulty or unopened, in line with consumer law.
6. Rights Reserved
• The Skin Alchemist reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time.
