Waxing Aftercare

• Avoid hot showers, saunas, swimming, or sun exposure for 24 hours.
• Keep skin clean and dry; avoid perfumed lotions or deodorant in waxed areas.
• Exfoliate gently after 3 days to prevent ingrown hairs.
• Apply soothing aloe vera or tea tree lotion if needed.

Massage Aftercare

• Drink plenty of water to help flush out toxins released during your treatment.
• Rest and avoid strenuous activity for the next 24 hours.
• You may feel light-headed or sleepy — take this as a cue to slow down.
• A warm bath later can further relax muscles.

Facial Aftercare

• Avoid heavy makeup or active skincare products for 24 hours.
• Use a gentle cleanser and light moisturiser.
• SPF is essential — your skin will be more sensitive to the sun.
• Don’t pick or exfoliate skin for 2–3 days.

Body Treatment Aftercare

• Hydrate well — inner nourishment supports your outer glow.
• Avoid tight clothing to let skin breathe.
• If you had exfoliation or wraps, avoid heat or sun for 24 hours.
• Rest, and let your body continue its healing cycle.

Sound Bath / 5D Sound Experience Aftercare

Allow time to ground yourself before driving or returning to daily tasks.

• Drink water or herbal tea to help integrate frequency work.
• You may feel emotional or deeply peaceful — both are natural responses.
• Journal, rest, or walk in nature to let your body and mind harmonise.
