Important Information Before Booking Your Body Sculpting Treatment

To keep treatments safe and effective, all clients must read the following information carefully before attending their appointment.

If any of the conditions below apply to you, treatment may not be suitable or may need to be postponed. Please contact us before booking if you are unsure.

You CANNOT Have Treatment If You:

Unfortunately, treatments cannot be carried out if you are:

• Pregnant
• Trying to conceive
• Breastfeeding

Medical Conditions

You must not have treatment if you have:

• Active cancer or are currently undergoing cancer treatment
• Severe liver disease
• Severe kidney disease
• Epilepsy not controlled by medication
• Serious heart conditions
• A pacemaker or implanted electrical device
• Blood clotting disorders
• Deep vein thrombosis (DVT)
• Severe diabetes with complications
• Uncontrolled high blood pressure
• Active autoimmune flare-ups
• Hernias in the treatment area

Metal Implants & Devices

Treatment cannot be performed directly over:

• Metal plates or screws
• Pacemakers
• Copper coils/IUDs (for abdominal treatments)
• Internal electronic devices

Please inform us of any implants before booking.

Skin Conditions

Treatment cannot be carried out on areas with:

• Open wounds
• Cuts or abrasions
• Severe bruising
• Active eczema, psoriasis, or dermatitis flare-ups
• Skin infections
• Rashes
• Sunburn
• Suspicious lumps or undiagnosed swelling

Recent Procedures or Treatments

Please wait before booking if you have recently had:

• Surgery
• Liposuction
• Fillers in the treatment area
• Botox in the treatment area
• Steroid injections
• Recent laser treatment
• Chemical peels
• Tattoos in the healing stage

Illness & Medication

Please contact us before treatment if you:

• Are currently unwell
• Have a fever or infection
• Are taking blood thinners
• Are taking strong anti-inflammatory medication
• Have recently started new medication
• Have been advised against massage or heat-based treatments by a doctor

Important Lifestyle Requirements Before Treatment

To get the best results:

• Drink plenty of water before your appointment
• Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before treatment
• Avoid heavy meals immediately beforehand
• Arrive hydrated

Consultation & Medical Forms

All clients must:

• Complete a consultation form honestly and fully
• Inform us of any medical conditions or medication
• Inform us of any changes to health before every appointment

Failure to disclose medical information may result in treatment being refused.

Right To Refuse Treatment

For safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse or stop treatment if:

• A contraindication is present
• Medical information has not been disclosed
• Treatment is considered unsafe
• A client appears under the influence of drugs or alcohol

No refunds will be given for appointments where contraindications were not disclosed before attending.

Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Deposits are non-refundable if insufficient notice is given or if you attend unsuitable for treatment due to undisclosed contraindications.
