Appointments & Deposits
All appointments booked require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final treatment cost.
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or appointment rescheduling. Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
Clients arriving late may have their treatment time reduced or appointment cancelled where necessary. Full treatment charges may still apply.
Medical & Health Information
Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, injuries, pregnancies or health concerns prior to treatment. Failure to provide accurate information may result in treatment being refused or terminated.
By booking and attending an appointment, clients confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
Treatment Results
Results from treatments including fat cavitation, radio frequency skin tightening, wood therapy and lymphatic drainage vary from person to person. No guaranteed results are promised or implied.
Treatment outcomes depend on multiple factors including lifestyle, hydration, diet, exercise, medical history and following aftercare advice.
Aftercare
Clients agree to follow all aftercare advice provided. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect results and the business accepts no responsibility for reduced effectiveness of treatments due to non-compliance.
Liability Waiver
All treatments are carried out at the client’s own risk. By booking and undergoing treatment, clients acknowledge and accept the potential risks and side effects associated with aesthetic and body contouring treatments.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
Patch Tests & Consultations
Where required, patch tests and consultations must be completed prior to treatment. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if deemed unsuitable or unsafe.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be provided for completed treatments or services.
Courses, packages and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment to any client for inappropriate behaviour, medical concerns, safety reasons or failure to comply with these terms.
Photography & Marketing
With client consent, before and after photographs may be taken for treatment records and marketing purposes. Images will never be shared publicly without permission.
Children & Guests
For safety and insurance purposes, children and additional guests should not attend appointments unless previously agreed.
Acceptance of Terms
By booking an appointment, paying a deposit or attending a treatment, clients confirm they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
