At AB Beauty Aesthetics, appointments are reserved exclusively for you. As a small independent clinic, preparation for your visit includes prescription ordering (where required), sterile equipment allocation, bespoke treatment planning and dedicated clinical time.
To ensure fairness, professionalism and compliance with UK regulations, the following policy applies to all bookings.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are redeemable against your treatment cost but remain subject to the cancellation terms outlined below.
Cancellations & Amendments
We respectfully require adequate notice should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
• 72 hours notice – 50% of the treatment cost will be charged
• 48 hours notice – 75% of the treatment cost will be charged
• 24 hours notice or less – 100% of the treatment cost will be charged
Failure to attend without notice will result in 100% of the treatment fee being payable.
Deposits will be retained, and any outstanding balance may be invoiced where applicable.
Repeated Cancellations
Clients who cancel or reschedule two or more appointments within a six-month period may be required to:
• Pay 100% of the treatment cost at the time of booking
• Secure future appointments with a higher non-refundable booking fee
• Or may be declined further bookings at the clinic’s discretion
This ensures appointment availability remains fair and accessible to committed clients.
Late Arrivals
Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or the need to reschedule. Full treatment fees still apply.
Medical Suitability & Prescriptions
All injectable treatments require medical assessment and, where applicable, independent prescriber approval.
If medical suitability is not met, treatment will not proceed.
Prescription products ordered specifically for your appointment cannot be refunded.
Patch Testing
Certain treatments require patch testing prior to treatment. Clients declining patch testing may be required to sign a waiver acknowledging potential risks.
Child Attendance Policy
For health, safety and insurance reasons, children are not permitted to attend appointments unless they are receiving treatment themselves.
AB Beauty Aesthetics operates within a clinical environment where sterile equipment, sharps and medical products are used. Children cannot be supervised during treatments.
Clients attending with children may be asked to reschedule, and standard cancellation terms will apply.
Results & Review Appointments
Individual results vary. Review appointments may be recommended to assess outcomes and determine whether further treatment is required.

AB Beauty Aesthetics complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018.
Personal information including medical history, contact details and treatment records is collected for the purpose of:
• Ensuring medical suitability and safe treatment
• Maintaining accurate clinical records
• Communicating regarding appointments and aftercare
• Meeting legal, insurance and regulatory requirements
Your information is stored securely and will never be shared with third parties unless required for medical, insurance or legal purposes.

• Withdraw marketing consent at any time
Clinical records are retained in accordance with UK regulatory and insurance requirements.
