Appointment & Cancellation Policy

As a clinical-led aesthetic and skin practice, all appointments are reserved exclusively and prepared in advance. Many treatments require prescription ordering, product allocation, sterile consumables, and clinical preparation prior to your visit.

A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or amendment. Cancellations within 72 hours incur a 50% charge, within 48 hours a 75% charge, and within 24 hours or non-attendance will be charged 100% of the treatment fee.

Cancellation fees may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment and deducted from your future treatment balance. If you choose not to rebook, refunds are not available.
